Casarotto Ramsay & Associates is one of the UK’s leading stage and screen agencies, representing award winning writers and directors from film, television and theatre.

Their client list includes established names such as Alan Ayckbourn, Nick Hornby, Terry Gilliam, J G Ballard and the estates of Roald Dahl, H G Wells and Tennessee Williams, alongside other exciting new screen and stage talents.

Jenne and Giorgio Casarotto founded the Casarotto Company in 1989 and in 1992 they joined forces with Tom Erhardt, former colleague of the late Peggy Ramsay (a prolific theatrical agent in the 1950’s),
to create a bigger agency with an enviable client list. Because the company’s identity was stuck in the past and Odd were commissioned
to bring it into the 21st century – to convey the aspirational value and contemporary status expected
of such a high-profile player
within the sector.

With a history spanning several significant creative and cultural era’s, we thought the 1970’s provided the broadest emotional connection to Casarotto’s client base. We developed a primary typeface based on an original
from the same era – reborn in 2006,
with a modern twist and able
to stand the test of time.

So well known is Casarotto, we also decided to slice the logo between the front and back of the stationary – the first few letters enough to recognize the name and the cut
a confident and bold statement
to the competition.

The website was redesigned and rebuilt to focus very simply on it’s key function – a tool to find clients, view their credentials and get in touch with their associated agents.
